Direct Metro Access Opens at ‘Gera’s Imperium Gateway’ in PCMC
Pimpri chinchwad February 24, 2026: ‘Gera’s Imperium Gateway,’ a commercial development in Pimpri-Chinchwad, has launched a dedicated direct access pathway connecting the project to Bhosari Metro Station. The initiative, undertaken by Gera Developments Pvt. Ltd., positions the project among the first metro-integrated commercial complexes in the city.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Manoj Dandare, AGM (Property), and Mihir Kulkarni, DGM (Planning) of Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited, along with Gulzar Malhotra, CEO of Gera Developments.
With the new access route, commuters, employees, and business visitors can now enter the commercial complex directly from Bhosari Metro Station, significantly addressing last-mile connectivity challenges. The move is expected to make office travel faster, more convenient, and time-efficient.
Speaking at the event, Manoj Dandare highlighted that transit-oriented developments play a key role in reshaping urban infrastructure. Integrating public transport systems with private commercial projects, he said, enables the creation of future-ready business districts.
Gulzar Malhotra emphasized that modern commercial developments must focus on connectivity, efficiency, and sustainability. He noted that direct metro access enhances the project’s commercial value, attracts corporate occupiers, and promotes environmentally responsible commuting.
Spread across approximately 11.5 acres, this is the tenth project in the ‘Imperium’ series. Over 95 percent of the spaces have already been sold, with strong leasing interest from corporate clients. The development is expected to emerge as a prominent business and lifestyle hub in Pimpri-Chinchwad.
